We’re happy to share the news that Keith Learoyd has recently joined Stone Edge as Operations Director of our Midlands office.
He brings with him an impressive and well-rounded 32-year record in the restoration sector, working on many historic properties throughout the UK.
Keith spent his early years as an apprentice stonemason at Bath College, gaining the foundations for a successful career ahead, before managing his own heritage business for many years.
After this, he took his expertise to another company, heading up the Restoration team at William Sapcotes and Sons, and recently spent five years as Divisional Manager at Norman & Underwood too, creating a new Conservation division within their group.
We are delighted to have Keith on board and look forward to seeing how our company will develop with his experience and passion for restoration. He brings with him particular expertise in assisting clients and professionals with technical advice, as well as extensive knowledge in identification of stone and estimating and budget costings of conservation projects – which all our clients will no doubt find helpful.
